제10조의6(표준권리금계약서의 작성 등) 국토교통부장관은 법무부장관과 협의를 거쳐 임차인과 신규임차인이 되려는 자의 권리금 계약 체결을 위한 표준권리금계약서를 정하여 그 사용을 권장할 수 있다. <개정 2020.7.31>

① The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, after consulting with the Minister of Justice, may determine a standard premium lease agreement for the conclusion of a premium lease agreement between a tenant and a person who intends to become a new tenant, and recommend its use. <Amended by Act No. 17475, Jul. 31, 2020>
