2. 한국은행에서 공시한 기준금리에 대통령령으로 정하는 배수를 곱한 비율
When converting all or part of a security deposit into monthly rent, the monthly rent shall not exceed the range calculated by multiplying the converted amount by the lower of the following rates: <Amended by May 17, 2010, Aug. 13, 2013> 1. The rate prescribed by Presidential Decree, taking into account the lending interest rates of banks under the 「Banking Act」 and the economic conditions of the relevant region. 2. The rate calculated by multiplying the base interest rate announced by the Bank of Korea by a multiple prescribed by Presidential Decree.
