제17조(미등기전세에의 준용) 목적건물을 등기하지 아니한 전세계약에 관하여 이 법을 준용한다. 이 경우 "전세금"은 "임대차의 보증금"으로 본다.
Translation
① This Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to a lease contract with a jeonse deposit for which the building has not been registered. In this case, "jeonse deposit" shall be deemed "security deposit for lease."
