제18조(「소액사건심판법」의 준용) 임차인이 임대인에게 제기하는 보증금반환청구소송에 관하여는 「소액사건심판법」 제6조ㆍ제7조ㆍ제10조 및 제11조의2를 준용한다.

① With respect to lawsuits filed by a tenant against a landlord for the return of a security deposit, Articles 6, 7, 10, and 11-2 of the Small Claims Adjudication Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
