제21조의4 전자적 침해행위 등의 금지

1. 접근권한을 가지지 아니하는 자가 전자금융기반시설에 접근하거나 접근권한을 가진 자가 그 권한을 넘어 저장된 데이터를 조작ㆍ파괴ㆍ은닉 또는 유출하는 행위
2. 전자금융기반시설에 대하여 데이터를 파괴하거나 전자금융기반시설의 운영을 방해할 목적으로 컴퓨터 바이러스, 논리폭탄 또는 메일폭탄 등의 프로그램을 투입하는 행위
3. 전자금융기반시설의 안정적 운영을 방해할 목적으로 일시에 대량의 신호, 고출력 전자기파 또는 데이터를 보내거나 부정한 명령을 처리하도록 하는 등의 방법으로 전자금융기반시설에 오류 또는 장애를 발생하게 하는 행위
No person shall engage in any of the following acts: 1. An act by a person without access authority to access electronic financial infrastructure, or an act by a person with access authority to manipulate, destroy, conceal, or leak stored data beyond the scope of such authority. 2. An act of injecting programs such as computer viruses, logic bombs, or mail bombs into electronic financial infrastructure for the purpose of destroying data or disrupting the operation of electronic financial infrastructure. 3. An act of causing errors or failures in electronic financial infrastructure by sending a large volume of signals, high-power electromagnetic waves, or data simultaneously, or by processing unauthorized commands, etc., for the purpose of disrupting the stable operation of electronic financial infrastructure.
