제21조의6 침해사고의 대응

금융위원회는 침해사고에 대응하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.
1. 침해사고에 관한 정보의 수집ㆍ전파
2. 침해사고의 예보ㆍ경보
3. 침해사고에 대한 긴급조치
4. 그 밖에 침해사고 대응을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사항
The Financial Services Commission shall perform the following tasks to respond to infringement incidents. 1. Collection and dissemination of information regarding infringement incidents 2. Forecasting and warning of infringement incidents 3. Emergency measures against infringement incidents 4. Other matters determined by Presidential Decree for responding to infringement incidents
제1항에 따른 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 절차ㆍ방법 등은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Procedures, methods, etc., necessary for performing the tasks under paragraph ① shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
