①
선불업자는 제25조의2에 따른 선불충전금 보호조치의 내용을 이용자에게 고지하여야 한다.
A prepaid service provider shall notify the user of the details of the prepaid stored value protection measures pursuant to Article 25-2.
②
제1항에 따른 고지 내용의 세부사항 및 고지 방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The details of the notification content and the methods of notification under Paragraph ①, and other necessary matters, shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
