제33조의3(변경허가ㆍ변경등록) 제28조제1항에 따라 허가를 받거나 같은 조 제2항에 따라 등록한 전자금융업자는 대주주가 변경된 경우에는 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 15일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 금융위원회의 변경허가를 받거나 변경된 사항을 금융위원회에 변경등록하여야 한다.

① Electronic financial service providers that have received permission under Article 28 (1) or registered under Article 28 (2) shall, if their major shareholder changes, obtain permission for the change from the Financial Services Commission or register the changed matters with the Financial Services Commission within 15 days from the date such cause occurs, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
