제2조제15호의 전자화폐가 아닌 것에는 전자화폐라는 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

No entity other than electronic currency as defined in Article 2, Subparagraph 15 may use the name "electronic currency".

제28조제1항의 규정에 따라 허가를 받지 아니한 자는 그 상호 중에 전자화폐라는 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

Any person who has not obtained a license pursuant to Article 28, Paragraph 1 may not use the name "electronic currency" in their trade name.
