제48조(권한의 위탁) 금융위원회는 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 금융감독원장에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29>

① The Financial Services Commission may delegate part of the authority under this Act to the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by 2008.2.29>
