제11조(퇴직급여제도의 미설정에 따른 처리) 제4조제1항 본문 및 제5조에도 불구하고 사용자가 퇴직급여제도나 제25조제1항에 따른 개인형퇴직연금제도를 설정하지 아니한 경우에는 제8조제1항에 따른 퇴직금제도를 설정한 것으로 본다.

Translation

Notwithstanding the main sentence of Article 4 (1) and Article 5, if an employer has not established a retirement benefit system or a personal retirement pension system under Article 25 (1), it shall be deemed to have established a retirement pay system under Article 8 (1).
