제23조의10(기금 운용정보 제공) 공단은 중소기업퇴직연금기금 운용에 따라 발생하는 이익 및 손실 가능성 등의 정보를 대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 가입자에게 제공하여야 한다.

The Corporation shall provide to the participants of the SME Retirement Pension Fund system information such as profits and potential losses arising from the operation of the SME Retirement Pension Fund, in accordance with the methods prescribed by Presidential Decree.
