The Minister of Employment and Labor may require the Corporation to report on the following matters or may have its public officials inspect its books, documents, or other property for the smooth operation of the retirement pension fund system for small and medium-sized enterprises, and, when deemed necessary, may order corrective actions concerning its operation, etc. as prescribed by Presidential Decree. 1. Matters concerning the status of the Corporation's management and operation of the retirement pension fund system for small and medium-sized enterprises 2. Matters concerning the management and operation of the retirement pension fund for small and medium-sized enterprises pursuant to Article 23-3
