①

공단은 중소기업퇴직연금기금의 안정적 운용 및 수익성 증대를 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 중소기업퇴직연금기금을 관리ㆍ운용하여야 한다.

The Corporation shall manage and operate the Retirement Pension Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises in accordance with the methods prescribed by Presidential Decree for the stable operation and increased profitability of the Retirement Pension Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises.

공단은 중소기업퇴직연금기금을 공단의 다른 회계와 구분하여야 한다.

The Corporation shall distinguish the Retirement Pension Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises from its other accounts.
