제23조의9(가입기간) 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도를 설정하는 경우 가입기간에 관하여는 제14조를 준용한다. 다만, 기금제도가입자부담금계정은 해당 계정이 설정된 날부터 급여가 전액 지급된 날까지로 한다.
Translation
When establishing the Severance Pension Fund System for Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 14 shall be applied mutatis mutandis regarding the membership period. However, the employer contribution account for the fund system shall be from the day the relevant account is established until the day the full benefit is paid.
