제29조의2 수수료

퇴직연금사업자가 운용관리업무, 자산관리업무 및 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 업무의 수행에 따라 사용자 및 가입자로부터 받는 수수료는 해당 업무의 수행에 따라 발생되는 비용과 적립금의 운용 손익 등을 고려하여 합리적으로 정하여야 한다.
The fees that a pension provider receives from employers and participants for the performance of management duties, asset management duties, and other duties prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reasonably determined by considering the costs incurred in performing such duties and the investment gains and losses of the reserves.
제1항에 따라 사용자 및 가입자로부터 받는 수수료는 대통령령으로 정하는 부과기준 등을 준수하여야 한다.
The fees received from employers and participants pursuant to Paragraph ① shall comply with the charging standards prescribed by Presidential Decree.
고용노동부장관은 가입자의 수급권 보호를 위하여 퇴직연금사업자에게 수수료 부과기준 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may request the submission of data prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the fee charging standards, from pension providers to protect the benefit rights of participants.
