제3조(적용범위) 이 법은 근로자를 사용하는 모든 사업 또는 사업장(이하 "사업"이라 한다)에 적용한다. 다만, 동거하는 친족만을 사용하는 사업 및 가구 내 고용활동에는 적용하지 아니한다.

① This Act shall apply to all businesses or workplaces that use workers (hereinafter referred to as "businesses"). ② However, this Act shall not apply to businesses that only employ relatives living together or to domestic employment activities.
