제39조(업무의 협조) 고용노동부장관은 이 법의 시행을 위하여 필요한 경우에 금융위원회 등 관련 기관에 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출을 요청받은 기관은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이를 거부하여서는 아니 된다.

① The Minister of Employment and Labor may request the submission of data to related agencies such as the Financial Services Commission when necessary for the enforcement of this Act. In this case, the agency from which the submission of data is requested shall not refuse it without justifiable grounds.
