이 법에 따른 고용노동부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 금융위원회, 금융감독원장 또는 공단(제23조의14에 따른 지원 및 환수와 환수금 징수업무, 제34조제2항 각 호의 업무로 한정한다)에 위탁하거나 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.13>

Authority of the Minister of Employment and Labor under this Act may be delegated in part to the Financial Services Commission, the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, or the Corporation (limited to the duties of support and recovery, and collection of recovered funds under Article 23-14, and duties under each subparagraph of Article 34(2)), or entrusted to the heads of regional employment and labor offices, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17972, Apr. 13, 2021>
