제17조(지급수단 등의 수출입 신고) 재정경제부장관은 이 법의 실효성을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되어 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 지급수단 또는 증권을 수출 또는 수입하려는 거주자나 비거주자로 하여금 그 지급수단 또는 증권을 수출 또는 수입할 때 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 신고하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Translation
The Minister of Strategy and Finance may, when deemed necessary to ensure the effectiveness of this Act, and as prescribed by Presidential Decree, require residents or non-residents intending to export or import means of payment or securities to declare such means of payment or securities at the time of export or import in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. X, October 1, 2025>
