제22조(외국환거래의 비밀보장) 이 법에 따른 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ등록ㆍ신고ㆍ보고ㆍ통보ㆍ중개(仲介)ㆍ중계(中繼)ㆍ집중(集中)ㆍ교환 등의 업무에 종사하는 사람은 그 업무와 관련하여 알게 된 정보를 「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제4조에서 정하는 경우를 제외하고는 이 법에서 정하는 용도가 아닌 용도로 사용하거나 다른 사람에게 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
Translation
Any person engaged in business such as permits, approvals, registrations, reports, notifications, brokerage, intermediation, concentration, or exchange under this Act shall not use information learned in connection with such business for purposes other than those prescribed by this Act or disclose it to others, except as provided in Article 4 of the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Secrecy.
