제24조 전자문서에 의한 허가 등

재정경제부장관은 이 법에 따른 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ통지ㆍ통보를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전자문서(전산망 또는 전산처리설비를 이용한 자료의 제출을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 방법으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Finance and Economy may grant permits, approvals, notifications, and notices under this Act by means of electronic documents (including the submission of data using computer networks or computer processing facilities; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article), as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by 2025.10.1>
재정경제부장관은 이 법의 실효성을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 외국환업무취급기관등이나 그 밖에 이 법을 적용받는 거래 당사자 또는 관계인으로 하여금 신고, 신청, 보고, 자료의 통보 및 제출을 전자문서의 방법으로 하도록 명할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Finance and Economy may, when deemed necessary for ensuring the effectiveness of this Act, order foreign exchange business institutions, etc., or other parties to transactions or related persons subject to this Act, to make notifications, applications, reports, and submissions of data by means of electronic documents. <Amended by 2025.10.1>
