재정경제부장관은 이 법의 효율적인 운영과 실효성 확보를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 사무처리나 지급 또는 수령의 절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Strategy and Finance may, when deemed necessary for the efficient operation and effectiveness of this Act, prescribe procedures for the processing of affairs, payment or receipt, and other necessary matters.
재정경제부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 외국환업무와 관련이 있거나 전문성을 갖춘 법인 또는 단체 중에서 하나 이상의 법인 또는 단체를 지정하여 외국환거래, 지급 또는 수령에 관한 자료를 중계ㆍ집중ㆍ교환 또는 분석하는 기관으로 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Strategy and Finance may, in accordance with Presidential Decree, designate one or more corporations or organizations that are related to foreign exchange business or possess expertise as institutions to relay, concentrate, exchange, or analyze data related to foreign exchange transactions, payments, or receipts.
