제26조(다른 법률과의 관계) 제11조의3제5항, 제20조, 제23조, 제24조 및 제25조제2항은 「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제4조에 우선하여 적용된다. <개정 2011.4.30>
