①
제22조를 위반하여 정보를 이 법에서 정하는 용도가 아닌 용도로 사용하거나 다른 사람에게 누설한 사람은 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
Any person who, in violation of Article 22, uses information for a purpose other than the purposes prescribed by this Act, or discloses it to another person, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two years or a fine not exceeding 200 million won.
②
제1항의 징역과 벌금은 병과할 수 있다.
The imprisonment and fine under paragraph ① may be imposed concurrently.
