제30조(몰수ㆍ추징) 제27조제1항 각 호, 제27조의2제1항 각 호 또는 제29조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 해당 행위를 하여 취득한 외국환이나 그 밖에 증권, 귀금속, 부동산 및 내국지급수단은 몰수하며, 몰수할 수 없는 경우에는 그 가액을 추징한다. <개정 2017.1.17>
Translation
① Foreign currency or other securities, precious metals, real estate, and domestic means of payment acquired by a person who falls under any of the subparagraphs of Article 27(1), any of the subparagraphs of Article 27-2(1), or any of the subparagraphs of Article 29(1) through such acts shall be confiscated, and if confiscation is not possible, the value thereof shall be collected. <Amended by Act No. 14546, Jan. 17, 2017>
