재정경제부장관은 이 법에 따른 제한을 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 함으로써 외국환거래나 그 밖의 대외거래가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Strategy and Finance shall endeavor to ensure that foreign exchange transactions and other external transactions are carried out smoothly by imposing restrictions under this Act to the minimum extent necessary. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Oct. 1, 2025>
재정경제부장관은 안정적인 외국환수급(需給)의 기반 조성과 외환시장의 안정을 위하여 노력하여야 하며, 이를 위한 시책을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
