제5조 환율

재정경제부장관은 원활하고 질서 있는 외국환거래를 위하여 필요하면 외국환거래에 관한 기준환율, 외국환의 매도율ㆍ매입률 및 재정환율(이하 "기준환율등"이라 한다)을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Strategy and Finance may determine the standard exchange rate, selling rate, buying rate, and cross rate concerning foreign exchange transactions (hereinafter referred to as "standard exchange rates, etc.") if it is necessary for the smooth and orderly conduct of foreign exchange transactions. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
거주자와 비거주자는 제1항에 따라 재정경제부장관이 기준환율등을 정한 경우에는 그 기준환율등에 따라 거래하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Residents and non-residents shall conduct transactions in accordance with the standard exchange rates, etc. determined by the Minister of Strategy and Finance pursuant to Paragraph ①. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
