위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 주택임대차 관련 업무에 종사하는 법무부 소속의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직 공무원(이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다) 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 지명한다.
The Committee shall have one secretary, who shall be nominated by the Chairperson of the Committee from among general public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service Corps of the Ministry of Justice engaged in housing lease-related affairs (including equivalent special civil servants or special appointment civil servants).
간사는 위원회의 운영을 지원하고, 위원회의 회의에 관한 기록과 그 밖에 서류의 작성과 보관에 관한 사무를 처리한다.
The secretary shall support the operation of the Committee and handle affairs related to the preparation and safekeeping of records of the Committee's meetings and other documents.
간사는 위원회에 참석하여 심의사항을 설명하거나 그 밖에 필요한 발언을 할 수 있다.
The secretary may attend the Committee to explain deliberation matters or make other necessary statements.
