위원회의 심의사항에 관한 전문적인 조사ㆍ연구업무를 수행하기 위하여 5명 이내의 전문위원을 둘 수 있다.

In order to carry out specialized research and investigative tasks concerning the deliberative matters of the Committee, up to five special advisors may be appointed.

전문위원은 법학, 경제학 또는 부동산학 등에 학식과 경험을 갖춘 사람 중에서 법무부장관이 위촉하고, 임기는 2년으로 한다.

Special advisors shall be appointed by the Minister of Justice from among persons with knowledge and experience in law, economics, real estate, etc., and their term of office shall be two years.
