제19조 수당

제19조(수당) 위원회 또는 실무위원회 위원에 대해서는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

① For members of the Committee or the Working Committee, allowances may be paid within the scope of the budget. However, this shall not apply if a member who is a public official attends the Committee in direct connection with their official duties.
