1. 「한국토지주택공사법」에 따른 한국토지주택공사(이하 "공사"라 한다)
2. 「지방공기업법」 제49조에 따라 주택사업을 목적으로 설립된 지방공사
① The term "corporations for which opposability is recognized" as used in the latter part of Article 3(2) of the 「Housing Lease Protection Act」 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") refers to the following corporations. <Amended by Act No. 11010, Sep. 21, 2009; Act No. 17506, Sep. 29, 2020> 1. Korea Land and Housing Corporation established under the 「Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act」 (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation") 2. A local corporation established for the purpose of housing business under Article 49 of the 「Local Public Enterprise Act」
