제21조(주택임대차분쟁조정위원회의 설치) 법 제14조제1항에 따른 주택임대차분쟁조정위원회(이하 "조정위원회"라 한다)를 두는 「법률구조법」 제8조에 따른 대한법률구조공단(이하 "공단"이라 한다), 공사 및 「한국부동산원법」에 따른 한국부동산원(이하 "부동산원"이라 한다)의 지부, 지사 또는 사무소와 그 관할구역은 별표 1과 같다. <개정 2020.12.8>

The branches, offices or liaison offices of the Korea Legal Aid Corporation established under Article 8 of the 「Legal Aid Act」 (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation"), the Corporation, and the Korea Real Estate Board established under the 「Korea Real Estate Board Act」 (hereinafter referred to as the "Real Estate Board"), which are to establish a Housing Lease Dispute Mediation Committee under Article 14 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Mediation Committee"), and their respective jurisdictional areas shall be as specified in Attached Table 1. <Amended by Act No. 17668, Dec. 8, 2020>
