제24조(시ㆍ도의 조정위원회 사무국) 시ㆍ도가 법 제14조제1항 후단에 따라 조정위원회를 두는 경우 사무국의 조직 및 운영 등에 관한 사항은 그 지방자치단체의 실정을 고려하여 해당 시ㆍ도 조례로 정한다. <개정 2020.9.29>

Translation

① When a province or city establishes an adjustment committee pursuant to the latter part of Article 14 (1) of the Act, matters concerning the organization and operation of the secretariat shall be determined by ordinance of the relevant province or city, taking into consideration the actual conditions of that local government. <Amended by Act No. 17480, Sep. 29, 2020>
