제25조(조정위원회 구성) 법 제16조제3항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 세무사ㆍ주택관리사ㆍ건축사로서 주택임대차 관계 업무에 6년 이상 종사한 사람을 말한다.
