①

조정위원회는 조정절차가 종료되면 그 결과를 당사자에게 통지하여야 한다.

When the conciliation procedure is concluded, the Conciliation Committee shall notify the parties of the results.

②

조정위원회는 법 제26조제4항에 따른 조정서가 작성된 경우 조정서 정본을 지체 없이 당사자에게 교부 또는 송달하여야 한다.

If a conciliation agreement is prepared in accordance with Article 26(4) of the Act, the Conciliation Committee shall promptly deliver or serve a certified copy of the conciliation agreement to the parties.
