법 제7조의2제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 비율"이란 연 1할을 말한다.

The "rate to be determined by Presidential Decree" in Article 7-2, Subparagraph 1 of the Act shall mean 10 percent per annum.

법 제7조의2제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 이율"이란 연 2퍼센트를 말한다. <개정 2016.11.29, 2020.9.29>
