1. 외국항행만을 목적으로 하는 정상적인 업무에서 발생하는 소득
2. 사업자가 소유하는 선박 또는 항공기가 정기용선계약 또는 정기용기계약(나용선계약 또는 나용기계약은 제외한다)에 의하여 외국을 항행함으로써 발생하는 소득
