제147조의2(사업장 현황신고 불성실 가산세) 법 제81조의3제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업자"란 「의료법」에 따른 의료업, 「수의사법」에 따른 수의업 및 「약사법」에 따라 약국을 개설하여 약사(藥事)에 관한 업(業)을 행하는 사업자를 말한다.
