제152조의4(주택의 범위) 법 제88조제7호 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 구조"란 세대별로 구분된 각각의 공간마다 별도의 출입문, 화장실, 취사시설이 설치되어 있는 구조를 말한다.
