제168조의7(토지지목의 판정) 법 제104조의3의 규정을 적용함에 있어서 농지ㆍ임야ㆍ목장용지 및 그 밖의 토지의 판정은 이 영에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 사실상의 현황에 의한다. 다만, 사실상의 현황이 분명하지 아니한 경우에는 공부상의 등재현황에 의한다.

① For the application of the provisions of Article 104-3 of the Act, the determination of farmland, forest land, ranch land, and other land shall be based on the actual status, unless otherwise stipulated in this Decree. ② However, if the actual status is not clear, it shall be based on the registered status in official documents.
