제178조(주식 등에 대한 장부의 기장 방법) 법 제115조제1항에 따라 주식등의 거래명세를 장부에 기록ㆍ관리할 때에는 종목별로 구분하여 각각 별지에 기장해야 하며, 각 종목별 기장에 있어서는 거래일자ㆍ거래수량ㆍ단가ㆍ취득가액 또는 양도가액ㆍ거래수수료ㆍ증권거래세ㆍ농어촌특별세 등의 거래명세를 항목별로 빠짐없이 기장해야 한다.

When recording and managing transaction details of shares, etc. in books pursuant to Article 115(1) of the Act, they shall be categorized by item and recorded separately on a separate sheet. For the recording of each item, transaction details such as the transaction date, transaction quantity, unit price, acquisition price or transfer price, transaction fees, securities transaction tax, and special tax for rural development shall be recorded without omission for each category.
