제188조 이자ㆍ배당소득에 대한 실지명의

법 제129조제2항에 규정하는 "대통령령으로 정하는 실지명의"라 함은 「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호의 규정에 의한 실지명의를 말한다. <개정 1997.12.31, 2005.2.19>
The "actual name to be determined by Presidential Decree" prescribed in Article 129 (2) of the Act shall mean the actual name as defined in Article 2 (4) of the 「Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality」. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 15679, Dec. 31, 1997; Presidential Decree No. 18717, Feb. 19, 2005>
제1항에 따라 실지명의가 확인되지 아니하는 자는 법 제2조에 따른 거주자로 보아 법 제129조제2항을 적용한다. <개정 2010.2.18>
A person whose actual name is not confirmed pursuant to Paragraph ① shall be deemed a resident as prescribed in Article 2 of the Act, and Article 129 (2) of the Act shall apply. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 21990, Feb. 18, 2010>
