제201조의5(연금소득간이세액표의 적용) 법 제143조의2제1항의 규정에 의하여 소득세를 원천징수하는 때에는 연금소득에 대하여 별표 3 연금소득간이세액표의 해당란의 세액을 기준으로 하여 원천징수한다.
