제108조(재외국민과 외국인의 부동산등양도신고확인서의 제출) 「재외동포의 출입국과 법적지위에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 재외국민과 「출입국관리법」 제2조제2호에 따른 외국인이 제94조제1항제1호의 자산을 양도하고 그 소유권을 이전하기 위하여 등기관서의 장에게 등기를 신청할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 부동산등양도신고확인서를 제출하여야 한다.

① When an overseas Korean under Article 2, Item 1 of the Act on the Overseas Koreans and Their Legal Status and Treatment, and a foreigner under Article 2, Item 2 of the Immigration Act, apply for registration at the head of a registry office to transfer assets under Article 94, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and to transfer ownership thereof, they shall submit a confirmation of real estate transfer as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
