제143조의5(징수 부족액의 이월징수) 제143조의4에 따른 원천징수를 하는 경우 징수하여야 할 소득세가 지급할 공적연금소득을 초과할 때에는 그 초과하는 세액은 그 다음 달의 공적연금소득을 지급할 때에 징수한다. <개정 2013.1.1>

① Where income tax is to be withheld pursuant to Article 143-4, if the income tax to be collected exceeds the public pension income to be paid, the excess tax amount shall be collected when the public pension income of the following month is paid. <Amended by Act No. 11629, Jan. 1, 2013>
