①
사업자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자가 금전등록기를 설치ㆍ사용한 경우에 총수입금액은 제24조제1항에도 불구하고 해당 과세기간에 수입한 금액의 합계액에 따라 계산할 수 있다.
Where a business operator, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, installs and uses a cash register, the total revenue may be calculated based on the total amount of income received during the relevant tax period, notwithstanding Article 24(1).
②
금전등록기의 설치ㆍ사용에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the installation and use of cash registers shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
