제166조(주민등록 전산정보자료 등의 이용) 소득세의 과세업무 및 징수업무의 원활한 수행을 위하여 「주민등록법」에 따른 주민등록 전산정보자료 및 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 등록전산정보자료의 이용에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.12.27>

The necessary matters for the use of resident registration computerized information under the "Resident Registration Act" and registration computerized information under the "Act on the Registration and Management of Family Relationships" for the smooth performance of tax assessment and collection duties for income tax shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Dec. 27, 2010>
