Article 173 (Submission of Taxation Data on Service Providers)
제173조 용역제공자에 관한 과세자료의 제출

제2조에 따라 소득세 납세의무가 있는 개인으로서 한국표준산업분류에 따른 대리운전, 소포배달 등 대통령령으로 정하는 용역을 제공하는 자(이하 이 항에서 "용역제공자"라 한다)에게 용역 제공과 관련된 사업장을 제공하는 자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자는 용역제공자에 관한 과세자료를 수입금액 또는 소득금액이 발생하는 달의 다음 달 말일까지 사업장 소재지 관할 세무서장, 지방국세청장 또는 국세청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2021.8.10>
A person who provides a business place related to the provision of services to an individual subject to income tax liability under Article 2 who provides services such as agency driving and parcel delivery, etc., as defined by Presidential Decree, pursuant to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification (hereinafter referred to as "service provider" in this paragraph), and other persons designated by Presidential Decree, shall submit taxation data on the service provider to the head of the tax office with jurisdiction over the location of the business place, the Commissioner of the Regional National Tax Office, or the Commissioner of the National Tax Service by the end of the month following the month in which the revenue or income amount arises. <Amended by Act No. 17429, Aug. 10, 2021>
국세청장은 제1항에 따라 과세자료를 제출하여야 할 자가 과세자료를 제출하지 아니하거나 사실과 다르게 제출한 경우 그 시정에 필요한 사항을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2021.8.10>
The Commissioner of the National Tax Service may order necessary measures for correction if a person required to submit taxation data under paragraph ① fails to submit such data or submits it with false information. <Amended by Act No. 17429, Aug. 10, 2021>
국가 및 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따라 과세자료를 제출하여야 할 자가 과세자료를 성실하게 제출하는 경우 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다. <신설 2021.8.10>
The State and local governments may provide necessary administrative and financial support if a person required to submit taxation data under paragraph ① faithfully submits such data. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 17429, Aug. 10, 2021>
제1항에 따른 과세자료의 작성방법 및 제3항에 따른 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2021.8.10>
