제174조(손해보험금 지급자료 제출) 「보험업법」에 따른 손해보험회사(이하 이 조에서 "손해보험회사"라 한다)는 소송 결과에 따라 보험금을 지급한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 손해보험금 지급자료를 지급일이 속하는 과세기간의 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 손해보험회사의 관할 세무서장에게 제출하여야 한다.

① A non-life insurance company under the 「Insurance Business Act」 (hereinafter referred to as "non-life insurance company" in this Article) shall submit the indemnity payment data, in accordance with the Presidential Decree, to the head of the tax office having jurisdiction over the non-life insurance company by the end of February of the year following the taxable period to which the payment date belongs, if it has paid an insurance indemnity based on the outcome of a lawsuit.
